GRON – Groceries Online delivers convenience and value right to our customer’s doorstep. Make your groceries purchase easy with just clicks away. We shall handle all the tiring grocery shopping and heavy carrying of goods for you.
Delivery Timings
Our customer may receive their orders as soon as the next business day within 3 business days upon payment verification. We deliver on each weekday (usually from 8 AM to 6 PM) excluding public holidays. Someone must present to receive the order. No delivery will be left unattended at your residence or business premises.
Delivery Areas
Orders are usually dispatched within next business day, after receipt of payment. Currently we are delivering within 10km radius from our appointed vendor’s location. In order check on the availability of our services to your location, please register with us and update your delivery address. Thereafter, check availability of our services from your location. In case our service is not available at your area, be free to send us an e-mail. We are expanding our vendor’s network will continue striving to expand our network to provide our service all over Malaysia. As we expand, a notification will be sent to you on the availability of our service at your location, if you had registered with us and e-mailed us on the issue.
Delivery Fees
GRON – Grocery Online charges a flat rate for each order delivery within the coverage areas, regardless of order size based on the speed of delivery. The delivery fees start from as low as RM8.00 for delivery services within next 3-5 business days of confirmed order. For delivery outside the coverage areas, on special request or special cases we will charge between RM15.00 and RM30.00 per order delivery will be applicable. Late Delivery
We do our very best to deliver your order within the delivery window you’ve selected. If there are unforeseen events that cause your order to be late, you will receive a notification or call from our Customer Service team and advise you of the delay.
