GRON – Groceries Online is an online e-commerce platform which connects groceries retailers to the customers. We provide a channel for customers to buy their groceries via online and to be delivered to their doorstep.

GRON – Groceries Online is developed and managed GRON E-Commerce Sdn. Bhd. Our primary goal is to empower small shops, local grocery stores, retailers and other businesses that are affected due the rise of e-commerce giants. GRON – Groceries Online will help the local shops and retailers to market their products online and managing the complete life cycle of the buying process.

You can choose from a variety of products spread across various categories such as grocery, beverages, personal care products, baby care products and much more.
To purchase from GRON you need to create an account. Please register with us at the Sign Up page. If you are an existing customer, simply click ‘Log In’ and enjoy your hassle free online shopping with us!

1. Go to www.gron.com.my

2. ‘Sign In’ with your email address and password.

3. Select the products that you want click on and ‘Add item to Cart’. You may adjust the quantity before click button ‘Add to Cart’ or upon checkout.

4. After selecting all items, go to the shopping basket on your top right corner and click ‘Checkout’

5. Once you have checked the items and amount are correct, click ‘Next’

6. Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment, then click ‘Next’ to review on your shopping list

7. On next page, click ‘PLACE ORDER’ and you are done!

8. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.

9. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

My Shopping List is a collection of all the items you have bought in the past and is a quick and easy way to fill your cart with your favorite products. With a few clicks, you can create your own shopping list for easy future purchases.

1. Every time you make a purchase, the items will be automatically added to your order history list. You can also add or delete your current list by clicking the add/delete button on each product page. The maximum you can go will be up to 5 Personalized Shopping Lists!

2. You may add to “Shopping” and visit us to make your purchases for the subsequent visit.

To shop from ‘My Shopping List’, simply go to the checked box icon on the left side of the page and selected your listings. It’s easy, just click, click and you are done!

If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request(s).

Please note that if there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made. Please note also that the “Substitute Only” option allows GRON – Groceries Online full discretion in helping the Customer to substitute products that are unavailable without informing the Customer

GRON – Groceries Online reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been picked and are ready for delivery.

Click My Order History, at the top to check your order history. You will need to be logged in to access this function. Please log in your account as required.

We strongly recommend that you check through your items upon delivery. If there are any missing items, please inform our delivery team member immediately or contact us at our contact form or email to our customer care at : customercare@localhost within 24hrs from delivery.
We apologize for the out of stock product. While we do our best to ensure that all the products listed on are in stock, there will be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable (either partially or entirely) and we will contact you to suggest for a replacement (unless you selected “Substitute Only”). If you prefer not to have a replacement, you will only be charged for the items that are delivered to you.
If you are not 100% happy with your products, please email to us at customercare@localhost within 3 days of delivery date and we’ll try to resolve this by either replacing a product or credit it back to your account.
Yes, we charge a flat rate of RM 8.00 as delivery charges for the goods bring delivered to your home.
Sorry our delivery charges are fixed at a flat rate of RM 8.00 for each delivery. We do not give discount for this, however alternatively you can collect personally from our vendors directly. There will be no charges for the self-collection.

GRON – Groceies Online shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Customer on the registration form) within the time windows selected by the Customer. GRON shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of GRON.

You may change your delivery address by clicking on My Account at the top where you will have the option of updating which you can update your account information. You will need to be logged in to access this function. Please log in here.

A change of delivery address after purchasing is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, you will have to cancel your current order and reorder using the new address. GRON reserves the right to charge customers for a cancellation fee of $8.00.

Please note if a delivery has been scheduled to the location at your chosen delivery slots, a cancellation fee or re-delivery fee will be chargeable at $8.00.

No we don’t fix any minimum orders value. However we would advise our customers to plan and organize their grocery shopping to save on delivery charges which incurs each time you order for delivery.

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown.

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section.

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and reorder with the required list from the our website.

GRON accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards or direct bank transfer as per your convenience.

All refunds will be initiated within 48 hours.

GRON provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via our website, 48hours before the delivery date stated on the order.

You can return the products which you are dissatisfied with, at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you. You may also wish to contact our customer service at customercare@localhost

Yes, you can select the delivery time slot convenient for you upon checkout. You may also reschedule your order after placing the order by contacting our customer service via e-mail or call is, provided the order is not already en route.

You can use the “Contact Us” section on our website. We will be happy to assists you to resolve your issues / complaints as required.

We have a stringent quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. Do let us know within 24 Hours if you’re not happy with the quality of product received.

We will try our very best to avoid such situations, however, if it were to raise, our customer service executive will contact you for other arrangements. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 24 hours.

Yes, it is. All transactions on GRON – Groceries Online are completed via secure payment gateway.

Yes! At the checkout page, you can select a delivery slot of your choice.

Yes. You may indicate a different delivery address upon check out for different orders.

In case of imminent delay, our customer service executive will keep you updated on the delivery status.
